These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of foxonesolutions.com (the “Website”), operated by Fox One Solutions, LLC (“Fox One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Fox One Solutions, LLC is a veteran-owned fractional CFO and strategic finance advisory firm serving owner-led industrial companies. The Website describes our services and gives prospective clients a way to request a conversation with us.
Everything on the Website — including articles, FAQs, examples, and other materials — is general information provided for educational purposes. - Please do not send confidential information — such as financial statements, account numbers, tax identification numbers, or other sensitive data — through the Website. Information submitted before an engagement agreement (and any related confidentiality agreement) is signed is not treated as confidential.
- Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response, a meeting, or an engagement. We accept engagements at our sole discretion.
- The Website uses third-party bot-protection tools to prevent spam and abuse. Your use of those tools is subject to their providers’ terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any connected system;

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
